Once you have placed bets totalling the required multiplier of the bonus amount (typically 15x), any winnings derived from that bonus become eligible for withdrawal.
Here's an example: you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 100% bonus — that's an extra ৳1,000 in bonus funds. To withdraw that ৳1,000 bonus, you need to place bets totalling ৳15,000 (15x). Your original ৳1,000 deposit, however, can be withdrawn at any time.
